After Sushant Singh Rajput dead Mumbai Police and Bihar police jointly investigated the matter but after that CBI is now investigating this matter. AIIMS’s Forensic Medical Board panel re-evaluating Sushant Singh Rajput’s autopsy report and also the post-mortem and viscera reports.
Dr Sudhir Gupta, All India Institute of Medical Science’s forensic chief said that, “We have submitted our conclusive report to the CBI and there are no injuries indicating struggle. The body has marks of hanging. The presence of any seductive material was not detected by AIIMS toxicology lab. The complete examination of the ligature mark over the neck was consistent with hanging.”
The forensic doctors are denied the claims of strangling and poisoning. The forensic team also have examined two hard drives, a canon camera, seized laptop and two mobile phones. All aspects are still open in the CBI probe and if any evidence comes to light proving otherwise, Section 302 of the IPC, which is a murder charge, will be added.
Sushant’s family accusing Rhea Chakraborty that she mentally harassing him and exploiting him for money. In 57 days, the CBI asked more than 30 people including Sushant’s family and friends. The lawyer Vikas Singh had also claimed to have been told by an AIIMS doctor that Sushant Singh had been strangled.
He has also tweeted that, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide”. CBI is now investigating this matter.
