Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Superior has died at the age of 91. He was a great ruler and a generous person. Today Kuwaiti people lost their beloved leader. Sheikh Sabah, who was the oil-rich nation’s top diplomat to thrust for closer bond to Iraq after the 1990 Gulf War. He always pushes his efforts through diplomacy to resolve dispute between Qatar and other Arab nations. He has ruled for 14 years in oil-rich Arab nation, Kuwait.

PM Modi has also denoted sorrow for the Kuwaiti ruler Sheikh Sabah and tweeted that ,”Today, the State of Kuwait and the Arab world has lost a beloved leader, India a close friend, and the world a great statesman. His Highness played a leading role in strengthening our bilateral relations, and always took special care of the Indian community in Kuwait,”.

The Royal Court Minister Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al Sabah gives a statement that, “With great sadness and sorrow, the Kuwaiti people, the Arab and Islamic nations, and the friendly peoples of the world mourn the death of the late His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, emir of the state of Kuwait who moved to the realm of the Lord,”

Sheikh Sabah has struggled for his health problem in recent years. In July for his health issues he has been quick hospitalized in the Kuwait city during the COVID-19 Pandemic. After that a U.S. Air Force C-17 plane flying to the hospital and transported Sheikh Sabah from Kuwait to Rochester in Mayo Clinic. He was gone for the surgery.

Sheikh Sabah was born 16 june 1929. He was curse in on 29 January 2006. He was the fourth son of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Sheikh Sabah was the foreign minister from 1963 to 1991 and from 1992 to 2003.

Kuwait have 8.5% of global oil reserves. Kuwait’s economic output is 40 % of the oil and gas. Kuwait main revenue generates from the oil export.
