Google Doodle celebrates 22nd birthday, World’s Biggest Search Engine

Google is the world’s biggest search engine in the world. Google was founded in 1998 by Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Both of them work on this project when they were studying PhD at Standford University. In 2012 google generated $50 billion annual revenue first time. Now , Google became the most popular search engine than the Yahoo and other search engines.

Today is a special day for google because google celebrates its 22nd birthday with a special doodle. In this google doodle picture you can see the G animated word wearing a birthday hat and doing a video call in his laptop with his friends and also eating a birthday cake, so it’s a full party mode. You can relate this now , most of the people are in his house and they are also doing video calls their family members and relatives.

In a google doodle blog , the ‘Google’ term appears when the world famous moniker play on a mathematical term developed out of a wander in the year of 1920. When American mathematician Edward Kasner was walking in the woods of New Jersey with his nephew Milton Sirotta and asked him to suggest a name for a mind-boggling number to 1 followed by 100 zeros. Milton Sirotta replied -A googol!. The term gained widespread visibility twenty years later with its inclusion in a 1940 book Kasner co-authored called “Mathematics and the Imagination.”

In google doodle blog also says that- In 2006 , ‘Google’ word was officially added to the Oxford Dictionary.
