A gigantic fire broke out at Terminal 1 main gate of SII in Pune on 21st January. 5 individuals were dead in a burst that tore through the upper story of the building and mostly harmed a five-story building working at an office, while 4 people were rescued from the building in the Serum Institute of India’s Manjari premises. However, the world’s biggest immunization producer said the occurrence won’t hit the manufacturing facility of the Covishield vaccine.

Around 2:40 Pm fire broke out on the 4th and 5th floors of the SEZ 3 building and the firefighters got a call around 4:00 pm, as per Pune fire unit control room authorities. Over 10 fire-tenders reach the fire spot. The fire was managed to take around 1 hour, and they found the bodies during a rescue activity around 5:40 pm. Ashes reemerged at around 7:05 pm during the cooling cycle, however, the circumstance was immediately managed.
