3 workers of India’s crude oil and gas Oil company ONGC were supposedly kidnaped in the early morning around 3 AM on 21st April from a supply site in Lakwa field, Sibsagar district in Assam, the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited stated that the officials presume that the prohibited terrorist group ULFA-I is behind the kidnapping.
