On 29th January, Almost 3 militants were killed down in an encounter with armed forces in the Mandoora region of Tral in J&K. Jammu and Kashmir police, and CRPF armed forces were engaged with the anti-terror operation.
J&K Police, the Indian Armed forces, and CRPF team dispatched a cordon and anti-terror operation in Pulwama district after gets the information about the presence of militants in the region. The armed forces drew closer towards the area, the militants were firing with their gun upon the armed forces, and the fire was fought back and an anti-terror encounter operation.
This is the 1st anti-terror encounter operation of this year where the armed forces prevailing to execute 3 militants and recuperated arms and ammo from the area too. Inspector-general of police of Kashmir Vijay Kumar affirmed the gunned down of the 3 militants and stated that “Truly, 3 fear militants have been slaughtered in anti-terror encounter operation. Their personality is being found”.
This year weighty snowfall and bone-chilling cold have hampered the tasks of the armed forces.
