2 JeM militants, including its commander, were killed in an encounter in J&K

On the 15th of March, The police officials stated that “2 JeM militants, including its commander-in-chief of Harkat Ul Ansar, Sajjad Afghani, were killed in a deadly encounter in J&K valley’s Shopian. On Saturday, The encounter had blazed in the Rawalpora territory of the Shopian district.

On 13th March, A joint team and search activity was dispatched by the Shopian police, the military’s 34 Rashtriya Rifles, and the Central Reserve Police Forces. The cop stated that during the operation, the existence of militants was affirmed, trailed by allowing them a chance to give up. Nonetheless, they terminated aimlessly upon the armed forces prompting a deadly encounter.

Dilbag Singh, DGP of J&K revealed that Sajjad Afghani, who was active in recruiting militants, was killed in the encounter that had begun on the 13 of March. Other than the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist and other militants slaughtered was recognized as Pakistan’s Islamist terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. 1 AK 47 assault rifle and 1 M-4 carbine with ammunition were retrieved at the encounter site in the Shopian District. Jahangir Ahmad Wani was working since Sept month a year ago and was engaged with a few terror assaults on the armed forces.
